Aline Chiasson brings over 30 years of customer service experience across various industries to her role as Sales Support Specialist / Admin Assistant. She is the friendly voice and helpful hand behind incoming calls, sales and installation scheduling, and showroom greetings. Aline also coordinates lodging for traveling team members, answers product inquiries, and keeps customers informed on the status of their orders.
Known for her strong work ethic, dedication, and ability to build lasting relationships with customers, Aline takes pride in creating a smooth and positive experience for everyone she supports. She truly enjoys participating in special events such as home shows and community outreach appearances—and her teammates especially appreciate the delicious treats she surprises the office with, thanks to her love of cooking.
A proud New Orleans native, Aline loves all things Mardi Gras and has a guilty pleasure for collecting colorful Fiesta tableware. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, relaxing in her pool, and spending quality time with her family and fur babies.
