Marketing Coordinator

Relief Windows is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Relief Windows team! In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our brand. You will work closely with our leadership team and agency partners to execute campaigns, report and analyze results, and identify opportunities for growth.

Job Duties:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure marketing materials are produced on time and meet brand guidelines.
• Support the management of social media platforms by helping capture and create content and engage with the Relief Windows audience online and in person.
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and agency partners, including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and handling correspondence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches.

• Ability to capture photos and events as needed for social media.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple agency partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media management platforms, email platforms, website backends, reporting, and design software).

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
