Service Department Manager
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
The Service Manager leads Relief Window’s service department to manage customer interactions. Primary duties include overseeing other members of the service team, developing and implementing service procedures, and maintaining customer relationships.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position supervises one to three service technicians.
Job Duties:
- Lead the service department with a diligent work ethic and enthusiastic leadership.
- Develop employee/employer relationships.
- Promote a service-first culture where the customer is the most important.
- Ensure proper grooming and dress of service staff.
- Delivers prompt and consistent customer follow-up.
- Conducts weekly inventory of service products.
- Schedules service appointments.
- Creates daily service tickets and job packets for the warehouse.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Previous service management experience in a construction and/or window company is REQUIRED.
- Must have good communication and customer relations skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated to work independently as part of a team.
- Possessing a driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required and maintained.
- A minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent is required. Some college preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Position requires the incumbent to walk through warehouse-type environments and maneuver around and through large windows and doors.
- Must be able to lift, pull, and/or drag up to 50 pounds at times.
