Installation Manager
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
The Installation Project Manager oversees projects to ensure high-quality installations. This position manages work crews to verify that they follow construction and safety guidelines, use materials and equipment efficiently, and complete projects according to Relief Windows’ standards. This position also performs administrative tasks associated with job site management. This position is required to drive a company vehicle for job site visits. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position supervises multiple installation crews and subcontractors.
Job Duties:
- Reviews sales contracts and assigns siding crews.
- Travels to job locations.
- Verifies siding measurements taken by sales consultants.
- Creates a materials list for each job.
- Obtains vendor quotes.
- Orders job site materials and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Driver’s License (Required).
- Must have strong knowledge of window/siding quality control and construction safety compliance.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills.
- Mathematical skills – Ability to use a tape measure, calculate square footage, linear footage, gables, rakes, etc.
- Ability to set priorities, solve problems, and resolve conflicts.
- Must be a self-motivated professional with a fluent understanding of the exterior construction process.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and scopes.
- Ability to communicate with subcontractors through senior leadership and homeowners.
- Special focus on exterior claddings and windows is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines, communicate questions and concerns, and search for creative solutions when needed.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED required and some college/college degree preferred.
- Experience in the construction field, preferably in siding construction.
- Management experience required, preferably in installation crews.
Physical Requirements:
- Position requires the ability to climb a 12-foot ladder.
- Occasionally requires inspections on rooftops.
- Prolonged periods of driving.
- Must be able to lift, pull, and/or drag up to 50 pounds at times, such as construction debris, material for job site, etc.
